4. Garment Pickup: If the seamstress needs to take the garments to her sewing studio for more intricate work or sewing machine use, she collects the items from the client. This step ensures that any alterations requiring detailed work or special equipment are done accurately.
5. Sewing and Alterations: Back in her sewing studio, the seamstress performs the necessary alterations. This may include hemming, taking in or letting out seams, adjusting sleeves or shoulders, or any other changes needed to achieve the desired fit.
6. Garment Delivery: Once the alterations are complete, the seamstress returns the garments to the client. This can be at another scheduled appointment, but will ALWAYS meet the deadline discussed at the time of the initial visit.
7. Final Fitting (if necessary): In some cases, a final fitting may be required to ensure the alterations meet the client's expectations. The seamstress can make any final adjustments if needed.
