 Scheduling your alterations with Lubbock Alteration is simple and convenient. Please follow the steps below to reserve your appointment. 

Call or text 806-632-4927 to request a quote for the alterations you need.

To help our seamstress provide an accurate estimate, please send clear photos of the garment or item that requires alterations. 

Once you receive your quote and would like to proceed, text your address and availability to 806-632-4927 so we can schedule your appointment. 

A $50 deposit is required to secure all alteration appointments. This deposit will be applied to your total balance on the day of service.

Please note: that all deposits are non-refundable, If an appointment is canceled or missed, the deposit will be forfeited. In the event that an appointment needs to be rescheduled, a new deposit will be required to secure a new time.

As a mobile service, Lubbock Alteration schedules appointments specifically to accommodate each client’s work, school, and family commitments. Your reserved time is set aside exclusively for you, and last-minute cancellations or changes prevent that time from being offered to other clients.

We appreciate your understanding and respect for our time, as we are committed to providing flexible, high-quality service to every customer.

At Lubbock Alterations, we operate as a mobile service, traveling from one appointment to the next throughout the day.

Blocked time means that when you are scheduled for a specific time—such as 2:00 PM—your appointment falls within a one-hour arrival window (2:00 PM – 3:00 PM).

This allows flexibility for travel between clients and ensures we can provide quality service to each appointment. Factors such as traffic, fueling, or a prior appointment running slightly over may affect exact arrival time.

We appreciate your understanding and ask that you remain available during your scheduled time window so we can serve you as efficiently as possible.

 On the day of your appointment:

• You will receive a call or text confirming you're at the address of your appointment (work, home, etc) When the reply comes in from the customer the seamstress drives to the location

• Your seamstress will arrive within the scheduled arrival window
• The remaining balance will be due
• Your alteration timeline and completion deadline will be confirmed

Our goal is to ensure your garments are professionally tailored and returned by the agreed-upon deadline.

All payments are securely processed through Squarespace, ensuring a safe, seamless, and reliable transaction experience for our clients.

At Lubbock Alteration, we strive to provide convenient mobile alterations and door-to-door service for all our clients in the Lubbock and surrounding area.

Please note that a fuel fee will apply to all appointments for customers residing in the following areas:

• County Roads, Idalou, Wolfforth, Shallowater, Roosevelt
   
• Any city outside of Lubbock, Texas
   

This fee helps us continue providing reliable, timely, and professional mobile service while covering additional travel expenses.
